• Comments useful when giving general feedback to KCP concerning grant programs
• Technical Question useful when encountering difficulties interacting with the website 
• Proposal Question useful when asking for any clarification pertaining to the KCP RFP process 
• FAQ "Frequently Asked Questions" is used during the application process to catagorize shared information that is posted in the Help menu tab.
• Procedural Question useful when seeking clarification on a process to complete work in the web system or when requesting the KCP State Office to unlock a Part or individual question allowing for a modification
